• Booking Validity: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation notification via email, phone, or WhatsApp from our authorized staff.
• Payment Terms: Room rates are quoted in Malawi Kwacha (MWK) or designated foreign currencies. Outstanding balances must be settled in full upon arrival / check-in via cash or approved local electronic payment channels unless a corporate account prepayment has been verified in advance.
• Liability: Busymind Suites is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left unsecured inside guest rooms or vehicles parked within the premises. Guests are financially liable for any physical damage caused to lodge property during their stay.
